Janet (Japanese: メグミ Megumi) is a character of the day who appeared in All Things Bright and Beautifly.
Janet is the coordinator who inspired May to participate in Contests and to catch her very own Beautifly. In the episode, she won the Rustboro Contest with her Beautifly.
She was mentioned by May in Hi Ho Silver Wind!, who noted that they stayed in touch while traveling.

| Janet owns a Beautifly that she uses in Pokémon Contests. Beautifly was used in the Appeals Round and the Battle Round of the Rustboro City Contest where it proved to be an amazing Pokémon. In the Battle Round, it was used to battle Chaz's Venomoth where it fought toughly. In the end, it managed to defeat Venomoth earning Janet the ribbon.
Beautifly's known moves are Flash, String Shot, Hidden Power, Gust and Morning Sun. | ||
