Dr. Kaminko (Japanese: カミンコ博士 Dr. Kaminko) is a crazy old scientist who lives in his run-down mansion in the region of Orre in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. He specializes in Pokémon-related inventions, the most important of which being the Robo Kyogre that takes the player to Citadark Isle. His other inventions are somewhat pointless, although his eager assistant, Chobin, idolizes them. Dr. Kaminko's House holds many surprises. His work room contains all kinds of items.
His house also contains Jovi's Diary which expresses the thoughts of Jovi throughout the game. Her diary also hints about a secret room in the Pokémon HQ Lab, possibly the one where the Master Ball is stored.
