Secc

Secc is a boy who lives in Pyrite Town. He appears in both Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. He operates from a back room in Duking's house and may actually be Duking's son, though this is unconfirmed. It is possible that he is simply a friend of Duking's daughters.
Secc establishes contact with Nett in The Under via his computer. He helps found the Kids Grid. He gets Wes's P*DA number and, later, contacts Wes after the defeat of Evice.
Secc, along with Nett, both become valuable sources of information regarding Cipher's plot and are instrumental in bringing the syndicate down. They act as Wes's main sources of information, apparently because children are often overlooked when they overhear things.
In Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, he, along with other Kids Grid members, has founded a TV station, ONBS.
