Dolan (Japanese: ダズ Daz) is a character of the day who appeared in To Catch a Pokémon Smuggler!. He is a Pokémon smuggler who specializes in capturing and selling Vivillon to the highest bidder.
Dolan drove by with his Diggersby, on the run from Officer Jenny and her Manectric, with a stolen Scatterbug that he was planning to sell.
