Dakim in Pokémon Colosseum
Dakim (Japanese: ダキム Dakim) is one of the four Cipher Admins in Pokémon Colosseum. A hulking, muscle-bound man, he has blazing red hair. Dakim wears a necklace full of Poké Balls, similar to Alder in Black/White.
While not very stupid, Dakim is not a very intelligent man either. He usually tries to keep his cool, but can become dangerous when angered. Dakim is the only Cipher Admin not directly involved in the creation and distribution of Shadow Pokémon. Instead, he and his underlings appear to be used as general enforcers and muscle. He himself has incredible physical strength, and he'll physically attack any enemy who won't give in to his demands. He also has surprisingly good jumping abilities, as he flees with a powerful and very big leap.
In battles, Dakim prefers to have one Pokémon use Protect, while the other uses Earthquake. He alternates his Pokémon's actions every turn. This is less prevalent in later battles, as he starts to utilize Pokémon that have the Levitate Ability, although members of his team without said Ability will still use Protect. He also may use an X Accuracy to increase the accuracy of his attacks. Later, some of his Pokémon use the Sunny Day/SolarBeam combination.
Ein dispatched Dakim to Mt. Battle, to steal the Time Flute so that Celebi could not be summoned. Dakim and nine of his underlings took over the first area of Mt. Battle, and Dakim tried to intimidate the Area Leader, Vander, into surrendering the mystical instrument. Dakim strikes Vander after he fails to convince him to just surrender the Time Flute from his (Vander's) hands
Wes and Rui showed up and managed to defeat Dakim and all of his minions. Even the incredible might of Dakim's legendary Pokémon, Entei, could not overcome Wes, and got snagged in the process.
Dakim later appeared at Realgam Tower, guarding one of the four keys that would allow Wes and Rui access to the tower's main floors. Dakim was defeated there, as well, and yielded the Green ID Badge to Wes. After the battle, Dakim remarks that throughout his entire life he has only lost to two people - Wes and Nascour.
After Evice and Nascour were wiped out, Dakim still appeared as an opponent in the Deep Colosseum.

In the last two battles, if Entei was not snagged at Mt. Battle, Dakim will use it in place of Houndoom.
