(Japanese: アルセウス Arseus) is the last Legendary Pokémon of the Generation IV.

Arseus is classified as the "Creation Pokémon", and said to be the creator of the Pokémon universe.

Name origin

Arseus is a cross between an elegant, four-legged mammal and a unicorn. Its whole body is white as snow and Arseus has a gold wheel around its abdomen. It has gold hooves attached to its four legs. Its hair is quite long and Aruseus's face is green. It may be a reference to the Chinese mythical creature, the qilin (麒麟).
