Foreboding Forest (Japanese:こわそうな森 Ruined Forest) is a dungeon in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon that is located on the Water Continent. It is unlocked after completing Lush Forest.
The player first visits this dungeon after overhearing an argument between Deerling, Pancham and Shelmet. Deerling is angry at Pancham and Shelmet for daring Goomy into the forest alone to retrieve and write its name on a piece of paper they had left inside. The player goes into the forest to find Goomy who has not yet returned. On the first visit, the player will find Goomy on the fourth floor, and exit the dungeon thereafter; the complete dungeon is accessible in subsequent visits.
