Description This Flying-type Pokémon user and Johto Gym Leader has a serious demeanor and can be a bit hardheaded. He aims to become a great Trainer like his father.

Falkner (Japanese: ハヤト Hayato) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. He forms a sync pair with Swellow. The sync pair can be obtained through sync pair scout, starting on August 5, 2021. The pair's potential can be upgraded to 6★ EX, which unlocks Falkner's EX Style.

Trivia

Origin

Falkner's design is based on his appearance in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. Falkner uses Swellow during his rematch with the player in the Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver as well as Pokémon World Tournament battle in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. Swellow's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ruby and Omega Ruby.
