Her third Pokémon, a Bellsprout, seemed a surprising choice for her last choice, but it ended up defeating Ash's [[Ash's Bulbasaur|Bulbasaur]] and [[Ash's Pikachu|Pikachu]] flawlessly. Jeanette Fisher (Japanese: カオルコ Kaoruko) was Ash's fourth opponent in the Indigo Plateau Conference. She is from Crimson City, and she appeared in The Fourth Round Rumble. Her Japanese voice actress is 日高のり子 Hidaka Noriko and her English voice actress is Tara Jayne.
