Potential policy, input welcome

This policy is partly in response to concerns we've heard that VAs may get annoyed about always being asked about specific episodes. (The other part is generally trying to write out "unwritten" policies.) Feedback welcome. Tiddlywinks (talk) 02:25, 23 August 2023 (UTC)

Proposed VA contact policy

I was talking with Maverick Nate and we had this idea for contacting voice actors:

A Google Doc or mailbag like system could work where all the questions get sent to a Google Doc to avoid repeated questions and so that all questions can be answered at the same time.

One or two representatives of Bulbapedia sorts the questions and then asks a voice actor the questions. If the voice actor is close to the user, maybe arrange for weekly or fortnightly mailbags so that they are aware when questions will be regularly sent to them.

The user could also be the Bulbapedia Twitter so that the VA contacted is aware that this is officially from Bulbapedia rather than getting an influx of users contacting them who claim to be from Bulbapedia. Nikuriku, Bulbapedia and Archives Junior Administrator (talk) 14:55, 23 August 2023 (UTC)
