Welcome

Welcome to Bulbapedia, Duo2nd!

Here are a few links to help you get started:

The Manual of Style, or MoS, outlines the format of all pages on Bulbapedia.

Our friendly team of staff are here to help! Talk to them if you have any questions or problems with Bulbapedia.

On talk pages, please sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~), or by using the "Your signature with a timestamp" (button_sig.png) button at the top of the edit window.

On Bulbapedia, the ability to edit personal userpages is a privilege. Per our userpage policy, this must be earned by first making constructive edits to the mainspace. Once you can, remember to keep userspace edits (edits to User:Duo2nd) to a minimum.

For a complete list of policies and editing advice, please see the Welcome Portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Editing Page Sections

Rather than editing pages a single section at a time, please use the "Edit this page" link at the top of the page to edit everything at once. That way you don't have to make so many edits in a short time to a single page. Thank you! PhantomJunkie 03:32, 14 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Umm... why did you delete my edit on Gothimu's trivia? you did not agree that they have similar pokedex entries? Frosslass 04:50, 13 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Bad mood on editinhg

I'm really mad today with all the editing. I just feel like I want to kill myself. WHAT DID I DO?Duo2nd 04:09, 17 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Don't get discouraged, you'll get the hang of the "right" way to do things before long, so long as you learn from your mistakes. :) No one can be expected to get everything right the first time. 梅子 04:18, 17 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Just a grammar thing

Whenever you are referring to more than one of the same Pokémon, the plural form is still just the name. No s. There were two Darumakka. Several Mankey were in the tree. Do you think you can remember this? MaverickNate 10:09, 4 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Secret Power

Pardon me, I'm no one of real importance here but I just wanted to make a suggestion that perhaps you should use the Preview button? You seem to be having a hard time editing the Secret Power page, so perhaps rather than saving every edit, just have a preview to keep from clogging the recent changes. :) Jo The Marten 13:03, 9 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Okay

Not to be mean, but your trivia edits are less than satisfactory. Some of your entries are either incorrect or don't make any sense. I don't know if it's because you worded it poorly or what. In the case of Yuniran, you put that it has the highest base Sp Attack of all Pokémon. Yet when I look at it's evolutions' pages, they clearly have a higher base Sp Attack than it does. Maybe you were trying to say it has the highest base Sp Attack of all base-level Pokémon.

Also, you should avoid using words like strangely. They look unprofessional and opinionated.

Please choose your wording more carefully and make sure that it correct before you submit it. Thanks. --ケンジガール 02:12, 11 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Preview button

It's right next to the save button, please use it, so that you can make all your edits in one go. Thanks. Jellotalk 08:15, 14 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Origins

Please don't use definitive wording (i.e. X is based off...) unless you have official source saying that it is its origin. Otherwise, use the term "may be" for any origins suggestion you have, regardless of how obvious it is. Thank you.--ForceFire 15:38, 7 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Again, please do not use definite wording. Use "may be" or something similar. Regardless of how obvious it is. Please take your talk page comments seriously, as it appears, based off the previous sections, you don't actually look at it.--ForceFire 16:21, 7 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
Once more, do not use definitive wording. If you have no source to back up your claim, you must use "may be" or similar terms. Regardless of how obvious the origin is. Failure to abide by this may result in a block--ForceFire 05:01, 10 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
