The Mega Evolution Elite Trainer Boxes and Mega Evolution Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Boxes are a collection of 4 Elite Trainer Boxes released for the TCG during the Mega Evolution Series starting September 26, 2025, the same day as the Mega Evolution expansion. Each version came in two designs featuring one of two Mega-Evolved Pokémon from the Mega Evolution expansion: Mega Gardevoir and Mega Lucario. The basic versions were available in English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Latin American Spanish while the Pokémon Center version was only available in English. Releases in the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa regions were delayed to October 10, 2025 due to product delivery problems.[1]

Each Elite Trainer Box contains 9 Mega Evolution booster packs, 1 full-art foil promo card featuring Alakazam (Gardevoir box) or Riolu (Lucario box), 40 Energy cards, the Mega Evolution Player's Guide, a code card for Pokémon Trading Card Game Live, and TCG accessories themed around the featured Pokémon: 65 card sleeves, 6 damage-counter dice, 1 competition-legal coin-flip die, 1 plastic coin, a collector's box, and 6 dividers. The Pokémon Center versions included two additional Mega Evolution booster packs and an additional Riolu/Alakazam promo card with a Pokémon Center logo stamp. The basic versions retail for a price of $49.99 each while the Pokémon Center versions retail for $59.99 each. Portuguese releases lack the 40 Energy cards, card dividers, and Player's Guide, but include 20 6-card packs standard to Portuguese expansions.

This release marks the return of exclusive coins, after being removed in Elite Trainer Boxes since Crown Zenith. The coins are a new exclusive size, and for the first time are included in the basic versions.
