This is my comments about the Legendary Pokémon Sprites (Just gonna do Gen III onward)

Pokémon	Ruby/Sapphire	Emerald	FireRed/LeafGreen	Diamond/Pearl	Platinum	HeartGold/SoulSilver	Black/White	Conclusion
Articuno								These are all pretty good
Zapdos								FireRed/Leafgreen is perfect, Gen IV is okay
Moltres								They all look like a Chicken on fire if you ask me. . .
Mewtwo								Personally, I like its Crystal Sprite better.
Mew								Cuteness in her Emerald Sprite, but I have no idea why they thought to change it in HG/SS.
Raikou								Good, but why is the B/W Sprite a Recolor of the HG/SS Sprite when the HG/SS sprite matched the artwork?
Entei								These are pretty good, but they should have used Entei's HG/SS Sprite in B/W instead.
Suicune								It seriously took them that long to have a normal looking Suicune Sprite. . .?
Lugia								Again, it took them a long time to have a good normal looking Lugia Sprite. . .
Ho-Oh								The Sprites are okay, BUT WHAT IS WITH GEN IV AND WEIRD LOOKING SPRITES?!
Celebi								These are actually pretty good.
Regirock								These are pretty good.
Regice								Emerald Sprite: Perfect. Gen IV Sprite: WEIRD.
Registeel								Hahaha I love the fact that Registeel is in his D/P sprite he is doing what looks kinda like a Nazi Salute but the fact in European versions of the game that was edited out, then in Pt it was edited out in all versions of the game.
Latias								Latias B/W Sprite: PERFECT
Latios								B/W Sprite: PERFECT
Kyogre								These are actually pretty good.
Groudon								These are pretty good
Rayquaza								Rayquaza's Emerlad Sprite is PERFECT!!! But I have NO IDEA who came up with the position of its Sprite in Gen IV.
Jirachi								I like it's Gen IV sprite the most.
Deoxys								B/W finally got it right.
Uxie	Poor Uxie didn't exist in Gen III	Like I said, it doesn't have a Gen III Sprite	DUUUUUDE!!! IT DOESN'T HAVE A GEN III SPRITE!!!					These are actually pretty good
Mesprit	Poor Mesprit didn't exist in Gen III	Like I said, it doesn't have a Gen III Sprite	DUUUUUDE!!! IT DOESN'T HAVE A GEN III SPRITE!!!					These are okay other than the fact they changed it in Pt.
Azelf	Poor Azelf didn't exist in Gen III	Like I said, it doesn't have a Gen III Sprite	DUUUUUDE!!! IT DOESN'T HAVE A GEN III SPRITE!!!					Glad they kept the D/P sprite in B/W.
Dialga	Poor Dialga didn't exist in Gen III	Like I said, it doesn't have a Gen III Sprite	DUUUUUDE!!! IT DOESN'T HAVE A GEN III SPRITE!!!					Why did they think to change it in Pt?
Palkia	Poor Palkia didn't exist in Gen III	Like I said, it doesn't have a Gen III Sprite	DUUUUUDE!!! IT DOESN'T HAVE A GEN III SPRITE!!!					Why did they think to change it's sprite in Pt? It looked SO MUCH better in D/P .
Heatran	Poor Heatran didn't exist in Gen III	Like I said, it doesn't have a Gen III Sprite	DUUUUUDE!!! IT DOESN'T HAVE A GEN III SPRITE!!!					These are pretty good
Regigigas	Poor Regigigas didn't exist in Gen III	Like I said, it doesn't have a Gen III Sprite	DUUUUUDE!!! IT DOESN'T HAVE A GEN III SPRITE!!!					These are actually pretty good.
Giratina	Poor Giratina didn't exist in Gen III	Like I said, it doesn't have a Gen III Sprite	DUUUUUDE!!! IT DOESN'T HAVE A GEN III SPRITE!!!					Why did they change the Altered Forme Sprite in Pt? The D/P sprite matched its Altered Forme artwork. . .
Cresselia	Poor Cresselia didn't exist in Gen III	Like I said, it doesn't have a Gen III Sprite	DUUUUUDE!!! IT DOESN'T HAVE A GEN III SPRITE!!!					Why the hell did they change its sprite in Pt? It looks so ugly. . .
Phione	Poor Phione didn't exist in Gen III	Like I said, it doesn't have a Gen III Sprite	DUUUUUDE!!! IT DOESN'T HAVE A GEN III SPRITE!!!					It's Pt sprite better if you ask me. . .
Manaphy	Poor Manaphy didn't exist in Gen III	Like I said, it doesn't have a Gen III Sprite	DUUUUUDE!!! IT DOESN'T HAVE A GEN III SPRITE!!!					The good sprites that I actually want to look at through out the whole battle don't come in until Gen V.
Darkrai	Poor Darkrai didn't exist in Gen III	Like I said, it doesn't have a Gen III Sprite	DUUUUUDE!!! IT DOESN'T HAVE A GEN III SPRITE!!!					These are actually pretty good.
Shaymin	Poor Shaymin didn't exist in Gen III	Like I said, it doesn't have a Gen III Sprite	DUUUUUDE!!! IT DOESN'T HAVE A GEN III SPRITE!!!	Shaymin's Sky Forme did not have a Sprite in D/P .				These are pretty good.
Arceus	The God of Pokémon did not exist in Gen III							These are actually good for once.
Victini	This Pokémon did not exist until Gen V							This is good
Cobalion	This Pokémon did not exist until Gen V							Its ok. . .
Terrakion	This Pokémon did not exist until Gen V							Again, good!
Virizion	This Pokémon did not exist until Gen V							Good.
Tornadus	This Pokémon did not exist until Gen V							Okay, but personally, I like its Therian Forme better.
