Unbuffed Foe Staggering Hit (Japanese: 能力非↑相手攻撃時ひるみ付与Grant Flinch Chance When Attacking Opponent With No Stats Boosted) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against a target while none of the target's stats are raised, the user has a chance of flinching the target. The skill can range from Unbuffed Foe Staggering Hit 1 to Unbuffed Foe Staggering Hit 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Unbuffed Foe Staggering Hit 9 will always flinch the target. Currently, only Unbuffed Foe Staggering Hit 6 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
