Too Prepared 9 Reduces the user's sync move countdown by two when an attack move, which was conducted after leaving the counterattacking posture or after getting ready to attack, is successful.

Effect

After the Pokémon leaves a counterattacking posture from an attack move with a charging period, the user's sync move countdown has a chance of being lowered by two. This skill can range from Too Prepared 1 to Too Prepared 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of reducing the sync move countdown. Too Prepared 9 will always reduce the sync move countdown. Currently, only Too Prepared 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
