Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect were not listed since everything unavailable yet is obviously not allowed. If they were to be listed, all unavailable moves, items, and such would also have to be listed. See footer. I didn't bother with the so-called "event clause" since, with the banned Pokémon list, it'd be redundant. -tc²₆tc26-15:47, 30 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

You need to wait for approval from another staff member, preferably a board member, before you publish a template. Just to make doubly sure there are no kinks. I think some of the internal borders are too fat. and there are spacing issues. —darklordtrom00:48, 31 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
The only reason I usually avoid this long process is the fact that people take an eternity to comment. The only ones with quick ones are often the more "popular" admins. Also, could you specify a bit more on the fat internal borders and spacing issues? Maybe a screenshot. -tc²₆tc26-03:03, 31 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
Maybe add padding rather than to the left of the tournament/competetion name, so that it is still away from the circle specifying region, but also indents all the lines rather than just the first one. --SnorlaxMonster03:16, 31 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
I don't know about previous Gens but recent tournaments restricted everyone to the Unova Dex. Easier to list the Generations allowed than all the Pokémon from the 4 that weren't. If my interpretation is correct--MisterE1304:27, 31 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
All should be fine now, with the Generations, borders, and spacing. That empty space for the tournaments can be used for additional info, as seen in the Random Matchup sample. Also, since it's under banned Pokémon, Gens I-IV should be listed. Hope you can understand it better now :) -tc²₆tc26-04:37, 31 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
Planning for the future, could you make it so that at least one additional clause can be added based on the contents of the parameter? (i.e. {{{extraclause}}} Clause) And could you make some move parameters to set a couple of additional move names and types? Maybe for items as well? Not so sure about that one. Werdnae(talk)07:04, 31 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
Maybe no. Those are often the followed clauses, and people don't just make clauses randomly. Not all rules have corresponding clauses, so they can be added as additional info (see "Updates" section of Random Matchup.) For items, the only item they really ban all the time is Soul Dew. Gen III had Enigma Berry, but Gen IV didn't. One tournament had Leftovers banned. For moves, sure since they had Sky Drop last year and Dark Void this year. -tc²₆tc26-07:11, 31 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
Good point, though only the top one for the clause links. Meant to link stuff in the footer too. Anything else, before it, hopefully, gets moved? -tc²₆tc26-09:29, 2 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
