Effect

When the Pokémon is attacked by an opponent, there is a chance that the user and its allies' Defense will be raised by one stat rank. The skill can range from Team Toughen Up 1 to Team Toughen Up 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of raising the user and its allies' Defense. Team Toughen Up 9 will always raise the user and its allies' Defense.
