Effect
When the Pokémon is attacked by an opponent, there is a chance that the user and its allies' Speed will be raised by one stat rank. The skill can range from Team Swift Reaction 1 to Team Swift Reaction 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Team Swift Reaction 9 will always raise the user and its allies' Speed.
