Release information
This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Artultra rare card, and a special illustration rare card in the Destined Rivals expansion, first released in the Japanese Glory of the Rocket Gang expansion. The Regular and Full Art ultra rare prints feature artwork by akagi, while the special illustration rare print features artwork by Krgc. A Cosmos Holofoil variant of the Destined Rivals Regular print was made available in the Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex Box from June 13, 2025.
In Japan, this card was reprinted as an SV-P Promotional card with new artwork by DOM and was released as part of a collaboration between the Pokémon TCG and Suntory's BOSS Coffee brand. Starting May 20, 2025, participating retailers began to sell campaign-branded Simply Dilute Craft BOSS Café products. For as long as stocks lasted, 2-packs of sugar-free or mildly sweetened Craft BOSS Café bottles came packaged with a copy of this print, which features the BOSS Coffee logo in the bottom right corner of the artwork.[1] The SV-P Promotional print is included in the English Ascended Heroes special expansion.
