Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of increasing the user and its allies' evasiveness by one stat rank. The skill can range from Team Evasive Maneuvers 1 to Team Evasive Maneuvers 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of increasing the user and its allies' evasiveness. Team Evasive Maneuvers 9 will always increase the user and its allies' evasiveness. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
