Talk:Super-ancient Pokémon
"Formed by primal energy/minerals of the ozone layer"?
"Thousands of years ago, Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon are formed by the primal energy that existed in that time and then proceed to fill the sea and create land, respectively. Around the same time, Rayquaza was formed by the minerals of the ozone layer."
As far as I can tell this line is fan speculation originating from an edit to the History of the Pokémon World article back in July 2008. This was noticed and removed from that article in March 2024, but before it was removed it spread and now is referenced on the Hoenn, Super-ancient Pokémon, Myths and legends involving Legendary and Mythical Pokémon, and arguably the Kyogre and Groudon pages. It is also included in the Pokémon world article, but is at least labeled as speculation there. As far as I'm aware there is no canonical information on the origin of the Super-ancient Pokémon, and this is just pure fan theory, but I figured I'd make a Talk page post rather than just removing them all myself. Does anyone know where this info came from or is it just nonsense? Jump Drive (talk) 12:53, 31 July 2025 (UTC)
