First remake outside of core series question
So, I noticed the trivia point about this game being the first remake of a Pokemon game outside of the core series, but what about Pokken DX? Doesn't that count as a remake? Either way, at least this is the first remake of a PMD game, which is notable, but I just wonder how this compares to the likes of Pokken DX. Torpoleon (talk) 16:36, 12 January 2020 (UTC)
- I believe Pokken DX is more of a port than a remake. Pokken DX uses the same graphics (and probably game engine) as Pokken and is largely the same but with a bit more, while MDDX is entirely separate from MDRB, remade from the ground up with Super MD's engine (just like how ORAS was RBE's remake but with XY's engine). - unsigned comment from Lanthanum (talk • contribs)

Grammar error trivia
In one of the cutscenes, there is a grammatical error that happens in the scene right after Gengar gets the town to turn on the MC. Is this something that's worth mentioning in trivia here? Trainer Alex (talk) 12:25, 2 April 2020 (UTC)
- Hardly. Grammatical errors, Translation errors, and more happen all the time in the series. Video Games have several thousands of lines of text for everything from item/move/ability descriptions, story, dungeon dialogue, tutorials, the game's manual, the Pokédex (in the main series)... etc. etc. Fact is things slip by, even for a developer as big as Nintendo. Bulbapedia, afaik, does not bother to try and list every single typo in every instance of Pokémon media (Although that would be a rather interesting, if long and repetitive, page). Boss Levels
Why are the bosses' levels not listed on this page, but are listed on the dungeon that the boss resides in? This page needs to have those listed, like all of the other Pokémon Mystery Dungeon bosses on the main page and the page that the boss resides in (before they are recruited). Genre mislabeled?
Hello, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games are not "dungeon crawlers." They are roguelites, as they satisfy the following conditions generally accepted as those fitting of a roguelite: the dungeon layouts are procedurally generated by floor, the game has grid based movement, turn-based in-dungeon combat, and upgrades carry over between runs.
As of such, I feel it necessary to change the genre fields of every Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game listed on the site. If you feel I have done this in error, then feel free to reverse the changes. - unsigned comment from Spacestone29 (talk • contribs)
