Scope

This should be moved to Obstruction so it can include the other obstructions in the game such as the breakable rocks, thorns, etc. The term "obstruction" is used in a loading screen tip. Landfish7 12:03, 24 October 2025 (UTC)

Late reply, but I finally got a clear screenshot of the loading screen tip so I'm inclined to agree. The tip is titled "Obstructions Left by Pokémon", and its text reads, "You may find obstructions around the city, such as boulders or brambles, left by Pokémon activity. Some can't be removed unless you use certain moves on them." (The word obstructions is emphasized in the game text by being colored orange, but that takes more effort, so I bolded it instead). Even if we were to keep this as an individual page, the term "sludge piles" is used in sentence case in-game ("I bet you’ve seen a lot of sludge piles around town, right?") so the page definitely needs to be moved.
