Talk:List of Pokémon by likes

Page name?

The title format "List of Pokémon by X" generally means X is what they're being sorted by on the page (see e.g., List of Pokémon by habitat and List of Pokémon by tone, to use other game-specific-info examples), but currently this is just a copy of List of Pokémon by Pokédex number in Pokémon Pokopia with different info on the extra columns. Should the page be resorted and/or renamed? (Also, I don't think "likes" as a noun like this is ever used as an official term in-game? The closest thing to it is references to "items that a Pokémon likes/dislikes" in Tips and Tricks, I guess.) Zyxyz (talk) 21:31, 5 June 2026 (UTC)

In my opinion, I think it should be a list of the categories and then each one be its own page, showing both the Pokémon that have those likes and also the items that come under the category.

I think that proposed structure makes sense. At the moment, there isn't really a way to look at this page and found out which Pokémon like "Pretty flowers". Because there are 5 likes per Pokémon and the individual likes can appear in any column, this can't be solved by making the columns sortable. SnorlaxMonster 06:04, 6 June 2026 (UTC)
