Why is this JNS05?
Shouldn't this episode be considered a special episode outside of JN? This episode isn't really a part of that series, being set in the alternate universe. Ertym06 (talk) 12:54, 13 January 2023 (UTC)Ertym06
- The special aired during the journeys series so is considered a Journeys special, it isn't long enough to be a Movie so it counts as JNS05.--BigDocFan, Junior Admin Bulbapedia (talk) 12:55, 13 January 2023 (UTC)

Placement
While this special did indeed air in Japan between JN136 and JN137, I don't think the epicodes for those should appear in the "PrevNext" section as it's not part of the main series continuity. Espicially since JNS01-04, which unlike JNS05 are still set in that continuity, don't have links for JN093-94-95 outside of the trivia section.--Ricbolog1310 (talk) 12:30, 12 May 2023 (UTC)
- I think we should wait and see how the dub handles it. If the dub releases it as part of Season 25 which could happen due to it being easier to distribute internationally than releasing it as a separately-licensed product to dub and distribute, we'll keep it that way for sure. If it doesn't, the Mega Evolution Specials are listed as part of the PrevNext navigation due to being central to the series' plot.
