My observation
Personally, Iono's teeth, eye colour, and hair colour palette, as well as her relation with influencing and streaming reminds me of「Hello Dystopia」 by Mafumafu thanks spam filter for not being able to give a link to the song. - I think it's too much of a stretch, and besides there are a lot of characters with similar features both in influencing field and outside of it. If we were to claim an actual relation, a confirmation from an actual employee would be in order. Kikugi (talk) 16:41, 18 November 2022 (UTC)

Any info about Iono's character designer out there?
Just wondering really, cuz honestly I'm kinda curious about who exactly might've done her design here, alongside info on her design in general since I'm also curious on whether or not any VTuber designs could've influenced her design as well (main thing that comes to mind for me is Gawr Gura from Hololive due to the teeth and overall apperance/behavior, and maybe Minato Aqua due to the hair as well, I dunno); personally, in general her design just looks kinda unattached from the usual thing you'd expect from Pokemon, so it's something I've been thinking about for a while now as to who designed her, and what the purpose of her design was/is in general lol Ultima (talk) 00:05, 18 August 2023 (UTC)

Role section
I recently made an edit to update the Role section for Iono, but then I noticed that none of the other Gym Leaders have such a section. Should the information contained therein be moved elsewhwere, and the section itself be removed? Or should the other Gym Leaders have a Role section added? I know this might be a small issue, but I think there should be some consistency between the Gym Leader pages. I do, however, like the fact that this page is comprehensive. - Other Gym Leaders do have role information, they just aren't in a designated Role section. I think the section was added to this page to separate it from the other sections like "Character" and "Appearance". Landfish7 12:42, 20 February 2025 (UTC)
- I'm aware that role information is present; I'm just specifically talking about the section itself. If all three sections exist on this page (Role, Character and Appearance), should the same apply to the other Leader pages? Or is there not really a set standard structure for the pages? - It's not being strictly standardized right now, to my knowledge, but you're probably free to expand those pages with those sections if you'd like, or if you'd rather raise it as a larger question, you could bring it up on the Project CharacterDex talk page. Landfish7 16:42, 20 February 2025 (UTC)

Nanjyamo said "boku" so she is tomboy???
