Do the rising volt tackler’s Pokémon stuff deserve to be in the major events since they are major characters in the series?- unsigned comment from Awesome Ocelot (talk • contribs)
- They may be major characters but because they aren't considered the main characters (only Liko and Roy are), any new moves learnt don't count as major events.
