The Floette only is referenced (such as being a fairy, and AZ explaining the whole thing) until the end of the game, where AZ says "Floette! It's been 3,000 years!" and your character nods or something. Pikachu Bros. (talk) 13:37, 16 April 2014 (UTC)

hackers and powersave users discovered it's a functional pokemon with its own signature move, base stats and cry. it's of at least spiky-eared pichu status and warrants an article, even if it is small (there is stuff hidden look at the source coding). --The Truth aka Relicant 13:53, 16 April 2014 (UTC)

SE Pichu appeared in a movie, the manga, as well as being an event Pokémon. Floette is yet confirmed to be anything other than a plot device. I'd say wait until we can get further information about the hidden stuff.--ForceFire 14:23, 16 April 2014 (UTC)

Appearance Description

Should there be a description of the Pokemon's appearance? Machampionship says that it should go on the Floette page because it's describing the Eternal Flower form and not AZ's Floette, but I would argue that AZ's Floette IS the Eternal Flower Floette. She's the ONLY Eternal Flower Floette, there aren't any other ones in the entire world, and they're interchangeable names for her in my opinion, so I think the description should go here. A brief description for the form on the Floette page, and a more detailed description for the character page makes sense to me. (Plus it seems kind of silly to have the appearance section just be a picture of Mega Floette and nothing else.)

The existence of a Shiny variant for Eternal Flower Floette proves that AZ's Floette is not literally the only one of its kind in existence. I think information regarding the Eternal Flower form should go to the Floette page because articles about specific Pokémon characters tend to talk about their history, personality, and movesets. Yes, it's standard for forms recognized by the Pokédex to have physical descriptions in the Biology section on species pages, even if they are heavily associated with a specific individual Pokémon, such as Bloodmoon Ursaluna and Ogerpon's forms. Landfish7 16:43, 2 February 2026 (UTC)

True, however at the time, there is no offical way to get the shiny form of Eternal Flower Floette. While the form is obtainable after 11 years, yet to be seen for Shiny form. The way I see it, AZ's Floette is the only of its species that is alive as this rare flower, which is lore and pokedex entries has pointed out no longer exists in present day, expect in one place in Hoen. If we can add anything to appearance, maybe Hyperrogue Ange Floette as its being formed by Ange's mega power combining or taking control of Mega Floette, making this abomination machine of terror boss to fight and stop. I think what we have on eternal flower Floette on mage is Floette page is good as it has unique biology and lore that is good enough for this page. Just because Shiny Eternal Flower Floette is Shiny-locked doesn't mean that it's not real. After all, several Legendary Pokémon with unobtainable Shiny variants have made appearances in other media, such as the anime. AZ's Floette is the only Eternal Flower Floette that has been seen in canon, but she was never technically stated to be the only Floette with her form. Therefore, I think it makes more sense to keep information about the Eternal Flower form in the Floette species' page. Machampionship (talk) 17:55, 2 February 2026 (UTC)

You've got a point about the shiny, I hadn't considered that. I still think there should be at least a short couple sentences description for Floette, Mega Floette, and Hyperrogue Ange Floette here.
