Take Hit: Opp Speed ↓2 9 Lowers the Speed of an opponent that attacked the user by two stat ranks when the user is hit by an attack move.

Effect

When the Pokémon is attacked by an opponent, it has a chance of lowering the target's Speed by two stat ranks. The skill can range from Take Hit: Opp Speed ↓ 1 to Take Hit: Opp Speed ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Take Hit: Opp Speed ↓ 9 will always lower the target's Speed by two stat ranks. Currently, only Take Hit: Opp Speed ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the opposing Pokémon's attack moves except sync moves and max moves.
