Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on a target while the MP for the user's Trainer moves are zero, it has a chance of lowering either the target's Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed, accuracy, or evasiveness by two stat ranks. The skill can range from T-Move MP 0 & Hit: Stat ↓2 1 to T-Move MP 0 & Hit: Stat ↓2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. T-Move MP 0 & Hit: Stat ↓2 9 will always lower one of the target's stats by two stat ranks. Currently, only T-Move MP 0 & Hit: Stat ↓2 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
