Reason: If Survival Charms are lost during a noble's initial battle (non-rematch); if not, then the player could take advantage of both the charms and the 4 checkpoints mechanic that doesn't apply in rematches

When equipped in the satchel, a Survival Charm increases the total amount of health the player has, including in challenges against noble Pokémon. The Survival Charm comes in five different colors, and each one increases the player's health by 20% and takes up a separate slot within the satchel.

Falling from a large height will still make the player black out immediately, without the health increase factoring in.

Survival Charms are lost if the player blacks out. They are not returned to the player in Lost Satchels. If the player blacks out during a noble Pokémon rematch, Survival Charms are not lost.
