When the Pokémon enters a battle, the power of its moves is boosted by 10% for each Pokémon in its party that has been defeated in the battle already. The maximum boost is 50%.

When a Pokémon with Supreme Overlord enters battle, it receives a 10% additive increase to the power of its moves for each ally Pokémon that is fainted in its party.

Trivia
The abilities in Pokémon Conquest known as "Hero" (おそれしらずFearless) and "Last Bastion" (さいごのとりでFinal Fortress) possess similar effects, where the user gains boosts to their Attack and Defense stats based on how many members of the player's party are currently defeated.
