In most circumstances, the user's moves cannot miss while the weather on the field of play is sunny, regardless of the move's accuracy, the user's accuracy, or the opponent's evasiveness. However, the user's moves can still fail if the target is semi-invulnerable due to flying, bouncing, taking on a phantom presence, or taking on a shadow presence.
