Release information
This card was included in the Darkness Ablaze expansion, first released as one of the Japanese S-P Promotional cards. In Japan, it was 1 of 7 possible cards available in promotional packs intended to be awarded to participants of Pokémon Card Gym tournaments held during March, April, and May 2020. Pokémon Card Gym events were among those to be canceled in a statement published on the official Japanese Pokémon Card Game website due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite this, it is evident venues still received packs from The Pokémon Company, hence external knowledge of the cards, and that some venues still distributed them in some way. Events officially resumed from May 23, 2020 and packs were distributed until July. This card features the Pokémon Card Gym logo.
