+I think a few locations listed as "Sovereign states" are pretty big stretches. Guyana is only mentioned in the mansion journals- there's nothing about how its government is run. How can it be definitely said to be a sovereign state? The Ranger Union's also on there, but I can't find anything on the article about Pokemon Rangers or the Ranger Union stating that they're the government of their region.
