I think a few locations listed as "Sovereign states" are pretty big stretches. Guyana is only mentioned in the mansion journals- there's nothing about how its government is run. How can it be definitely said to be a sovereign state? The Ranger Union's also on there, but I can't find anything on the article about Pokemon Rangers or the Ranger Union stating that they're the government of their region. Isn't it just as possible that Pokemon Rangers are an international organization? The template suggests Kitakami is part of Paldea (it is listed in the same manner as Sevii Islands, Isle of Armor, and the Crown Tundra), which, from what I've gathered so far from the DLC, is not the case.
