Yes. I have done this in Doubles teaming up Regigigas with Whimsicott, and Whimsicott has Prankster, so it got rid of Regi's ability, and I am pretty sure it went back up to full power after losing Slow Start [[User:Sailor Mercury Fanboy|Sailor Mercury Fanboy]] ([[User talk:Sailor Mercury Fanboy|talk]]) 01:34, 11 January 2015 (UTC) | |||
