{{m|Giga Attack}} says that Dratini, Larvitar, Bagon, and Metang can all learn it. Those are the key mon to check, since they're not evolved. :According to a quick search on Eevee's dex, there are [http://veekun.com/dex/pokemon/search?move=Hyper+Beam;move_version=dp;move_method=machine 255] Pokémon who can learn {{M|Hyper Beam}} in DP, of them only [http://veekun.com/dex/pokemon/search?move=Hyper+Beam;move=Giga+Attack;move_version=dp;move_method=machine 246] can learn {{M|Giga Attack}}. A similar search for just {{M|Giga Attack}} gives [http://veekun.com/dex/pokemon/search?move=Giga+Attack;move_version=dp;move_method=machine 247] results.
