Rulings
For interactions between Skaters' Park and Toedscruel's "Slime Mold Colony" Ability: Slime Mold Colony only affects the opposing player's discard pile. With Skaters' Park, any Basic Energy cards that would be discarded whenever the player's Active Pokémon retreats never make it to the discard pile, as they immediately go into the player's hand.[1][2]
