Passive Skill Sharp Teamwork 1–8 Has a chance (X%) of raising the critical-hit rate of all allied sync pairs by one stat rank when the user's attack move is successful. Sharp Teamwork 9 Raises the critical-hit rate of all allied sync pairs by one stat rank when the user's attack move is successful.

Effect

When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of raising the critical-hit rate of the user and its allies by one stat rank. The skill can range from Sharp Teamwork 1 to Sharp Teamwork 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of raising the critical-hit rate. Sharp Teamwork 9 will always raise the user and its allies' critical-hit rate. Currently, only Sharp Teamwork 2 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
