If the player has Salt Cakes in their satchel, they can throw it to gather the attention of certain Pokémon. It is potently effective at attracting Pokémon that bear a resemblance to types of grasses, plants, or minerals. The following Pokémon will be attracted to Salt Cakes:
A cake made by combining salt with a Cake-Lure Base. These cakes are potently effective at attracting Pokémon that bear a resemblance to grass, plants, or minerals.
