Red Card cards were first made available to purchase from the in-game shop on October 30, 2024 worldwide (September 26, 2024 in New Zealand) for 2 Shop Tickets each. One copy of Red Card is also awarded to players who complete the mission "09: Play a Supporter card!" in the Battle Guide.

Trivia

• Mars has a more potent version of this card's effect, but as a Supporter card instead of an Item card.
• This card's effect closely resembles the Red Card card in the Pokémon Trading Card Game, but the opponent draws 3 cards instead of 4.

Origin

• This card's illustration was first featured on Red Card from the XY expansion.
• The Red Card is a held item introduced in the Generation V Pokémon games. This card depicts a Red Card as it appears in the core series games.
