Event information

The Rayquaza ex Drop Event ran from April 30 to May 13, 2025. It featured a set of four battles, ranging in difficulty from Beginner to Expert, for players to challenge. Players could obtain cards from the Promo-A series by receiving Promo Pack A Series Vol. 7, a possible reward for winning battles, which were more likely to be rewarded at higher difficulties. Each pack contained one of five potential cards:

  Exeggcute (Promo-A 60)
• 
  Froakie (Promo-A 61)
• 
  Farfetch'd (Promo-A 62)
• 
  Rayquaza (Promo-A 63)
• 
  Rayquaza ex (Promo-A 64)

Getting an additional copy of a card the player already owned also awarded Shinedust: 10 Shinedust for packs containing Exeggcute, Froakie, or Skarmory; 100 Shinedust for packs containing Rayquaza; and 300 Shinedust for packs containing Rayquaza ex.

Event battles

The following battle rules were in effect for all battles:

• Rule 1: Maximum of 50 turns
• Rule 2: 3 points to win
• Rule 3: No time limit per turn
