Effect

After the Pokémon uses a move successfully, the user's sync move countdown has a chance of being lowered by one. Currently, only Propeller 1 is available on scoutable sync pairs, which provides a 20% chance of lowering the user's sync move countdown. The effect applies to all of the Pokémon's moves—including attack moves, status moves, and buddy moves—but not sync moves or max moves.
