Professor Malveaux

Professor Malveaux (Japanese: マーブル博士 Dr. Marble) is a character of the day who appeared in Crisis at Ferroseed Research!. He is the director and leading researcher of the Ferroseed Research Institute.

Malveaux was off-site, at an academic meeting when an experiment involving electric stones from Chargestone Cave and the Ferroseed held at the Institute got out of control. Thus, he was shocked when he arrived at the Institute to find it almost entirely covered by moss produced by the Ferroseed.

Malveaux hurried inside and met up with Ash, Cilan and Georgia. He followed, on the monitors, what progress Iris (who had been trapped on the roof) was making wiping out the spreading moss. Afterwards, Malveaux went through the building with Cilan and Georgia, removing the moss with help of Georgia's Beartic and using a special device to help recover the Institute's overcharged Ferroseed. With all of the moss removed and the Ferroseed cured, his Institute was saved. It seems he cares deeply for the Ferroseed, as evident from how he hugged them knowing they were cured.
