Effect
When the user's Pokémon is attacked by an opponent, it has a chance of lowering the target's Attack by one stat rank and raising the user's Attack by one stat rank. The skill can range from Power Siphon 1 to Power Siphon 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Power Siphon 9 will always lower the target's Attack and raise the user's Attack. Currently, only Power Siphon 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the opposing Pokémon's attack moves except sync moves and max moves.
