Release information

This card is an unnumbered Jumbo MEP Black Star Promotional card produced as part of the "Pokémon x Natural History Museum" collaboration between Pokémon and the Natural History Museum of London. It is released as a purchase bonus for buying "Pokémon × Natural History Museum" merchandise, which are sold at the exhibit's pop-up store in the museum's Cranbourne Boutique from January 26 to April 19, 2026. It is also available as a purchase bonus at select UK retailers from January 30, 2026.[1]

Trivia

This card was only released as a Jumbo card and therefore cannot be used at official tournaments.

Origin

Thunderbolt is a move in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Scarlet. Skeletal remains of Aerodactyl and Tyrantrum are featured in the illustration.
