Pokémon x Natural History Museum
Pokémon x Natural History Museum is a collaboration between The Pokémon Company International and the Natural History Museum in London. First announced in September 2025,[1][2] a range of exclusive merchandise themed around the book Pokécology: An Illustrated Guide to Pokémon Ecology, with designs inspired by scientific illustrations and the architectural details of the museum itself, was released.
There was a physical pop-up shop located within the museum's "Cranbourne Boutique", which was originally planned to be open from January 26 to March 22, 2026, but was later extended to April 19, 2026. Access to this store required a free time-slot ticket, which sold-out before the opening.[3]
Many of the products from the collaboration were also available from the museum's online shop, and in February 2026, a selection was made available on the Pokémon Center UK website.
For those making purchases at the pop-store, a Jumbo promo card Pikachu at the Museum was given as a bonus. This card was also made available at select UK retailers beginning January 30, 2026, but was not available on the official websites.[4]
Exhibit
As promotion for the physical pop-up shop, a special diorama display based around Pokécology: An Illustrated Guide to Pokémon Ecology was displayed at the National History Museum.[5] It features several physical models of Pokémon such as Torterra based on the illustrative depictions from the guide book.
