Release information

This tag was available as part of the Let’s Get the New Year Tag! Campaign, which ran between January 8 and February 9, 2022. Mezastar Club members could redeem a New Year Tag Coupon through the site during the campaign period. They could then show this to attendants at participating locations with a Pokémon Mezastar arcade machine (excluding Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Stores) in exchange for a copy of the tag.

Trivia

This tag has identical stats to a promotional Pikachu tag available in 2021, which differs by featuring Ash Ketchum when used in-game.
