Effect
When the sync pair's Pokémon successfully uses a move or sync move, it has a chance of lowering the target's Defense and Special Defense by two stat ranks. The skill can range from P-Move/S-Move on Opp: Defense & Sp. Def ↓2 1 to P-Move/S-Move on Opp: Defense & Sp. Def ↓2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. P-Move/S-Move on Opp: Defense & Sp. Def ↓2 9 will always lower the target's Defense and Special Defense by two stat ranks. Currently, only P-Move/S-Move on Opp: Defense & Sp. Def ↓2 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's moves, including status moves and buddy moves, but not max moves.
